Recruitment Process
To become part of the CCL team, candidates must pass a four-stage recruitment process in which they get to demonstrate their ability to work both individually and within a team. The process is as follows:
Submission of the initial form, personal CV and short motivational letter. Here we select the potential candidates to be considered for the further application process.
Group Dynamics. Candidates who perform well in the first phase will be invited to participate in a group dynamic where they solve business case studies together. Here we evaluate the candidate’s team skills, time management and soft skills.
Final interview. Candidates who have proven their team skills in the previous phase will solve a business case independently.
Motivational Assessment. After the Group Dynamics, you will be invited to the final phase of the recruitment process. It is here that we delve into your values and motivations, ensuring you are in tune with CCL’s culture.
Following the recruitment process, our team will evaluate all potential candidates. The selected candidates will receive a phone call from the respective head of the department to discuss any further steps and welcome the new member to CCL.
Meet the team
Human Resources Department
In the HR department, you will be part of the selection and assessment of our candidates during our recruitment process. You will also be involved in the development of the Alumni Network. In addition, the performance evaluation is also a task of the HR department, which consists in the evaluation of our current members through different criteria. As a member of HR, you are responsible for promoting the culture and spirit of CCL, being responsible for organizing events, team building, learning opportunities, among others
Operations and Quality Department
In the Operations and Quality Department we are responsible for ensuring the quality of all CCL’s processes. We identify what can be improved both internaly and in terms of our consulting services. We are also responsible for the standardization of our services and to provide our consultants the tools to do so.
Marketing & Communication Department
In the Marketing department we are responsible of upholding CCL’s image through various activities. As a team, we are divided into 4 sub-departments. First of all we have the website sub-department, which specialises on the maintenance of the website. Then we have both an internal and an external newsletter, which aims to, respectively, update CCL’s members about internal matters, and clients and partners, as well as the external community regarding CCL’s performance. The social media sub-department is specialised on updating our social media as well as creating content for it. Finally, the marketing research sub-department focusing on analysing CCL’s performance as well as creating a benchmark analysis of similar entities.
Finance Department
In the Finance department we develop tasks such as the development of our pricing model, the creation of a investment portfolio, the management of our accounting and expenditures and even the organisation of events related to finance. Always trying to increase and share our knowledge related to Finance.
