Recruitment Process
To become part of the CCL team, candidates must pass a four-phase recruitment process in which they get to demonstrate their ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The process is as follows:
CV & Motivatinal Letter - Submission of the initial form, personal CV and short motivational letter. Here, we select potential candidates for the next phase of the recruitment process.
Group Dynamics - Candidates who passed the previous phase will be invited to this new stage, where you will have the opportunity to solve business case studies with the others candidates. We will evaluate your team skills, time management and soft skills.
Final Interview - Candidates who have proven their teamwork skills in the previous phase will now in this stage solve a business case by themselves.
Motivational Assessment - As one of the selected candidates from the third phase, you have now reached the final stage. Here we delve into your values and motivations, ensuring you are in tune with CCL's culture.
Following the recruitment process, our team will evaluate all potential candidates. The selected candidates will receive a phone call from the respective head of the department to discuss any further steps and Welcome the New Member to CCL.
Submit your application form, CV, and a brief motivational letter. Promising candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage of recruitment.
Selected candidates advance to this stage, where they collaborate on real business case studies. This phase assesses teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills.
As one of the finalists, you’ve reached the last stage of the process. This internal selection phase explores your values and motivations to ensure alignment with CCL’s culture. No further action is required on your part, and selected candidates will be notified as soon as possible.
